I have discovered a new way to waste huge amounts of time. It's called fiddling with your lj layout. You too can spend an hour changing text colors!

Yes, I've been writing down the hexadecimal codes for the default text colors "just in case." Someday I'll actually put up a webpage and waste even more time on layouts. (Sad thing is I have the whole thing created, just haven't gotten off my butt to find a domain name.)
