Someday I would like to own a room with a dictionary stand, a floor-standing globe, and a baby grand piano in it.

And a 12-foot-high so I can have tall, deep windows with window seats, northern western exposure, a telescope, floor-to-ceiling built in bookcases with a ladder on a rail so I can reach the very top shelf. Extra-long couch, heavy-weight fleece throw, tea service, sound system of extraordinary quality.

And a lap cat. Preferably the reincarnation of my beloved blue-point Tonkenise.
