My computer died last night. Again. For those of you keeping track, that's the second hard drive I've killed in six months. And of course it had to happen at 1AM when I was trying to distract myself from insomnia. So needless to say, not much sleep happened last night. I can barely focus my eyes on my computer screen (at work - is it wrong that the only reason I came in today is to use the internet?).
There will be thoughts on SW. Many thoughts. Hopefully when I get more coherent.

I'm not in love with Dell myself, but they've been pretty good so far, and I use them at work with few problems. If I were going to generalize I would say Compaq and Gateway were reliably crappy, though.
I just feel the need to defend Dell, because otherwise that means my laptop is doomed! And I don't want it to be doomed, particularly this summer.

Anyway, Gateways are bad? I just heard expensive. Sonys are mad expensive. What does that leave?
