Torchwood got a new series.

It's a coproduction with Starz. And will be filmed in the US. o.O

I know I'll watch it. But at this point, the only non-Jack character they have left is the one I HATE WITH A NEVERENDING PASSION.

My only solace is that, it being Torchwood, they'll have to kill another cast member, and Gwen's the only one left. A girl can hope, right?

I always do. That's part of the mystery of Torchwood fandom. Loving the fic while being driven round the bend by the show.

Hm. Not sure I'll watch it. Jack has consistently been my least favorite member of the team--and the least interesting. And now they're going to Americanize him? Even worse.

Well, John Barrowman has this unfortunate tendency toward ACT-ING!!! He's very pretty, though.

I'm going to assume Barrowman's continuing involvement means they've scrapped the plan to make him straight. If Rhys dies tragically and he hooks up with Gwen I may have to strangle myself with my shoelaces.
