Awhile ago I was leafing through William Sleator's newest book, which started out with the main character on im, so it was all netspeak. I thought I knew the teenybopper slang, but I was baffled by this closing: "g2g. pos. ttyl. cya. bye."
Aside from being redundant, what was the pos?
Then I found http://www.acronymfinder.com! (Do I sound like an infomercial yet?) POS=parents over shoulder. Guess I never had to worry about that particular acronym. Anyway, I had to share because, yeah, useful link. Especially in fandom.
