This is for Brits, right? Cause I don't really see an American audience watching a procedural about British courts. I mean, where would L&O be without constant reference to the Bill of Rights?

It is for Brits, yeah. Chris Chibnall of DW and Torchwood is showrunner. I don't know too much else about this series, alas. I will probably find a way to watch it, however, just so I can 1) see how they get around the "no Bill of Rights" thing, and 2) see all the people in funny wigs.
