I have discovered that iTunes will let you specify how many seconds into a song to start playback, so I can listen to "Reise, Reise" in peace.

I am now stuck on connecting Rammstein to the tradition of German lieder, particularly the works of Schubert. If you think the lyrics in Rammstein songs are grim and angsty, go look at Wintereisse.

You can do that with individual songs? So you won't miss intros of others?

Yes. Just like you can specify volume, you can specify start time and stop time for any given track. It's a very nice feature. Not one I'd use a whole lot, but on the rare occasion when that's what you want to do, it's perfect.

I also just figured out that you can use it to make a hidden track into a seperate track, just by copying the file, renaming it, and specifying one copy to end after the first song and the other to start right before the second. Brilliant! Of course, that means the files aren't changed, so it will only do that on iTunes.
