Erm, does anyone know of any Ladyhawke slash? I watched it for the first time last night and it has some classic classic slash moments. Given how popular it is with fans, I kind of can't believe that there's no slash out there. Is there really no fandom? Or was it all in zines and I should give up hope now?

Usually Yuletide's my first stop for trying to find things, and if they don't have it then it qualifies as really obscure and I have to start searching LJ Interests and googling random phrases as I resign myself to reading mostly badfic before finding anything decent.

I hadn't considered this particular one before, but I can sorta see it now that you've mentioned it. Post if you find any, please.

It was just screaming slash to me. Mouse is a go-between for the two lovers? He's a stand-in for each of them? He's passing messages? He gives up a life of self-interest to help them? He witnesses, and is therefore part of, the scene where they see each other just at dawn? Plus there's the whole part where Navarre pushes Mouse down and then finds out that, while he was a wolf, he hurt Mouse and then he's all guilty and they hug? That is such a classic h/c moment I cannot even say. I know, my slash goggles are welded on, but come on. There must be slash! Or at least angsty threesome fic.

Definately my synth-and-swords OT3. Even when I was quite little I thought it was bullshit Mouse just wanders off with the monk guy instead of staying with Isabeau and Navarre.

you're voting? I couldn't quite bring myself to do it, but I know what next week's challenge is, and if Casey isn't there for it I will blame myself. Also, OMGWTF Perry's girlfriend.

What's the next challenge? I voted for Casey, but my heart died a little cause I love Ben, but he's really kind of given up. I am sure Perry's girlfriend was told what and how much to say by the producers. Nothing like fucking up your contestants relationships for a little drama!

They're going to goth it up in a graveyard, apparently. Of the boys Casey's the best suited to it, in my recovering-goth opinion. I liked Ben, but then he was a tool (not even in a funny way like Perry), though I don't hate the guy or anything. He so doesn't want to be there at this point. And yes, I'm with you about the producers. But what the hell was she doing anywhere near Britney's boyfriend. Ew.

Definitely cool. Yeah, Ben does not want to be there. That's pretty clear. I'd like him to want to be there, but it seems like he's realized he doesn't want to turn himself into a sex object to sell things, so it's maybe only kind to send him home. Of course now that I've found fic, I can't have half of my OTP going home! This is one case where I actually feel more comfortable with the RPS, which is clearly fiction, than the show, which is weirdly manipulated slightly inappropriate reality. I can ignore things in fic. Can't really when watching the show.

I barely saw the tabloid thing about Perry's girlfriend...whatever. Doesn't seem like she's terribly thrilled with the relationship. Or she doesn't want to talk about it on national tv and Perry's not getting the hint.

Good point on the RPS, though I haven't read any yet. The show is clearly designed to be slashed; Ben/Ronnie and Perry and Casey's gay S&M porn shoot? Bravo knows their audience.

Having given it some thought, Perry's girlfriend's method might be the best breakup ever. "I'm in the National Enquirer because Britney's boyfriend might be cheating on her with me. Have a nice d-list reality 'star' life!"

This post jumped out at me as I wandered by on friendfriends, because just yesterday I was trying to remember where I'd seen Ladyhawke slash. Timing! Anyway, I know there are a few more out there, not on Yuletide and which I haven't yet re-found, but one that I remembered well was Taliesin's great Tooth and Nail (http://users.frii.com/wanderer/fanfic/reach.html) (scroll down for the story- I didn't want to link directly and lose her info). It's a post-movie threesome, not pure slash, but with this movie it's all the better for it, IMO.
