The article does raise one question for me: why does Comcast advertise so much? In a lot of places, they're the only option. It's Comcast or nothing. Believe me, if I could change providers I would. Unfortunately I'm stuck and the preponderance of Comcast ads just annoys me. Also, I'd like to inform the VP of Comcast that the fact that the other 25 million Comcast subscribers who did not take a hammer to their regional office are not satisfied customers. We have just resigned ourselves to a life of quiet desperation.
