That means it's NC-17.

I can picture it now: Die Hard, rated G except for the R parts.

Of course, I routinely forget the content of my stories when forced to put a rating on them, so I'm one to talk. "This story's rated PG." "Um, Ivy? Your characters say fuck all the time and one of them describes his masturbation habits." "Oh, right. Let's just call it R, then."
