Supernatural 2x16

Wow, didn't see that one coming...from the first five seconds of the episode. I could have done without the cheesy flashbacks at the end--I think we all got what was going on. The sentimental bits were a bit ruined for me by flashing back to Dean's POV in Tall Tales, too.

What I liked was that they returned to a classic horror film story, which was 90% of season one and has been very little of season two. So I'll forgive it for being so predictable. Tricia Helfer reminded me a bit of Andrea Parker, too. I think it's just those long pained looks of shocked horror that Parker did so often on "Pretender."

The flashbacks went on a little longer than necessary I think. I started shouting "yeah, we know, we just watched this!" at the TV. ^^;;
