I was chatting with dotfic yesterday and found out that we both have elaborate theories about when to post fic so that the most people read it. (Her theory is far more elaborate than mine.) Especially in a fandom like Supernatural, where the main fic community gets around twenty posts a day so that your story is really going to only have a few hours in the spotlight.

So, f-list, do you time your posts to try to maximize feedback? What are your theories?

I find weekday mornings are the best, with Monday morning being primo. Weekends are bad and Friday afternoons are absolutely the worst.
