ivyficI just opened my wallet to pull out a dollar bill and accidently pulled a ten ruble note my highschool roommate gave me instead. What will ten rubles by? Apparently, in Moscow, where former roomie lives, 20 will buy a beer. How much is ten rubles worth, you ask? Forty cents.
