Some of my classmates gave a presentation this week on hostile takeovers. They were talking about different defense strategies (poison pill, crown jewel, white knight, etc.). One of them was "just say no." This was explained by my classmate as, "Nancy Reagan, who was married to Ronald Reagan, and was first lady, had, I guess an anti-drug campaign that was "just say no" or something?"
