Ah, yes. That was in response to this annoying teenager at ICon this year, wearing a V costume. He would not shut up in the panels. He just kept spewing spoilers, as if he did not understand why anyone would not want to know about BSG season 3. He even shouted at the author of the BSG mini-series novelization for a typo. *sigh*
Yeah, back in April I went to my local Pittsburgh Loew's (which still said Loew's outside) and was greeted to "AMC Theatres" when I stepped up to buy my ticket. I had just gone there not a week earlier. What a head trip that was! I'm serious!
I don't know whether you've seen A Bit of Fry & Laurie at all (I'm almost sure you haven't?), but just in case, I thought I'd let you know I'm writing Tony/Control slash and backdating it in my lj. (F/L are in my icon in their Tony/Control incarnations.)
So what will this do to the AMC Empires 25 and the Loews E-Walk, which are across the street from one another? Perhaps they'll have a cage match to see which gets to stay! That would rock!
Exactly! Years back, in a drawing class, my friend and I did something very similar. Only there it was Cathedrals in Space! An epic space battle betwen the Taj Mahal and Notre Dame, both of which blasted off into space and were firing whole turrets at each other. Much fun.
Ssh! It's in disguise! [We actually wound up adding a third combatant, which was a Jewish synagogue, so the name wasn't really all that accurate anyway.]
