I am so proud of myself for making it to work before it started to rain. Walk into the lobby -- not a drop. Emerge from the elevator on my floor -- Noah's freaking flood.

Same here--and that was with a detour to drop off keys with someone. It was just starting to fall when I got out of the subway the final time but I still got to work without getting wet. Got upstairs and it's pouring sheets.

Yeah. Some of us, not so lucky. Had my umbrella with me, but the rain was raking at an angle, so everything from six inches above the knee to the very ground is soaked (oh, just the front side, heh)...
