Because procrastinating is fun. Identify the movie these quotes come from. I tried to balance the truly obscure with the fairly obvious - hopefully this will be somewhat interesting. Most quotes were verified, but a few are from memory, so the wording may be slightly off.

1. If she ever kisses you I’ll make a prince. Prince of the Land of Stench!
Jareth in "Labyrinth"

2. You ever take a dump made you feel like you'd just slept for twelve hours?

3. I am not, however, a moron.
The Operative in "Serenity"

4. Saks fifth avenue. You’re a barbarian.

5. You’re a man who would rather have nothing than settle for less.

6. If you are a Scottish lord, then I am Mickey Mouse!
Nazi guard in "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade"

7. Please! Please! Come closer! Too close – a little too close.
Wares seller in "Aladdin"

8. I thought Christmas only comes once a year.
James Bond in "The World Is not Enough"

9. A spider! Kill it! No, no – stun it!
Ichabod Crane in "Sleepy Hollow"

10. Insanity runs in my family… it practically gallops.
Mortimer Brewster in "Arsenic and Old Lace"

11. Fly casual.
Han Solo in "Return of the Jedi"

12. I said speak your mind Jack, but Jesus!
Admiral Greer in "The Hunt for Red October"

13. All right, we'll take turns. You look over the first dead, naked body that we find and I'll look over the second.

14. Dammit man, the Doobie Brothers broke up! Shit! When did that happen?

15. You are a sad, strange little man, and you have my pity.

16. Don't call me darling in front of the police with a dead husband.

17. Now that's a real shame when folks be throwin' away a perfectly good white boy like that.
Garbage man in "Better Off Dead"

18. And this infantile preoccupation with bosoms… I'll wager you anything you like that if American women stopped wearing brassieres, your whole national economy would collapse overnight.

19. Say... That's a nice bike...
T-1000 in "Terminator 2"

And a special bonus quote from the best Christmas movie of all time:
20. Now I have a machine gun. Ho ho ho.

Yes on 3 and 6. 11 is so easy I'm gonna have to demand the specific movie.

Ah ha! I thought it was Bill Murphy snark, but it's in fact Han Solo snark. Give me to the count of...

Return of the Jedi!

Who is this Bill Murphy of whom you speak? Do you mean Bill Murray?

Sorry, brain fart. Yes, I do mean him. Where Murphy was coming from, I cannot say....

#1 is Labyrinth, which [livejournal.com profile] jethrien made me watch for the first time two weeks ago.

I thought #7 seemed Muppet-esque, but looked it up, and I was wrong.

17 - Better Off Dead!!!! (I LOVE THIS LINE! I think I used it in a meme, too)

8 is James Bond to Christmas Jones in The World is Not Enough.

Is 14 from Blues Brothers 2000?

12 is from one of the Clancy movies.

Right on 8 - in honor of the Thanksgiving Bondathon on TNT. Other families watch football, we seem to catch Bond films every year, though that is one of the worst puns Bond ever uttered. Truly worthy of Roger Moore.

I've never seen that film, so no on 14. OK, OK, this was a pretty obscure quote.

12 is a Clancy film, but which? I'll give you a hint - I've got a picture of this Jack Ryan on my wall.

Btw, I googled your #20. It's a different movie from mine, and, incidentally, it turns out that your movie was the one I would have guessed. Very nice.
