It amuses the hell out of me that half the time, the "previously on West Wing" segment is just the characters introducing themselves and stating their job function. And they pull these clips from wherever they could find this person saying that, so a lot of them are them stating their title sardonically or confrontationally. That's how you know you have too many characters on a show...
