*Cackles in hysterics* I just ran across your site and am tickled pink by Donna as head of Torchwood. Donna's particular variety of take-charge no-nonsense... Too bad that with the current canon this would fry her brain, because I would love to see this on the show!
(And, my gosh, yes about the Cordelia factor. I'm vaguely horrified- Donna is kind of a grown-up blue-collar Cordelia, isn't she?)
