I think Russell T. Davies had roughly the same idea when he created the character of John Hart.

I can see that. I just think John Barrowman and Nicholas Lea look weirdly similar. And if you used a crowbar, you could conceivably fit the two universes together. I'm of the opinion that Krycek would kick Jack's ass, though. Or maybe just break Jack out of his wussiness on Torchwood and bring back the con man.

It is a brilliant idea. And I think you should write it! I mean, I don't even really read fanfic anymore, but I would definitely read that.

Okay, and immediately my mind goes to ideas of what Krycek would do to Jack once he discovered he can't die. This is why all X-Files fic is so twisted. The presence of Krycek just makes things go to dark, dark places.
