Here's a turn for the bizarre. O.J. Simpson is being sued for plagiarism for "If I Did It." This raises a few questions:
-Can he be sued for a book that was ghost-written?
-Can he be sued even though he doesn't own the rights anymore?
-And if, for example, he had committed the murder as laid out in his book, would it still be plagiarism? Or would it just mean that the author of the self-published The Perfect Alibi: O.J. Simpson's Strategy for Murder was a really good guesser?

You know, I would love for this to be the first case of someone winning a libel suit by admitting to murder. :)
