Jul. 31st, 2012 08:09 amI finished watching Foyle's War (ask me what I should have been doing instead), and the last episode--well, until the rumored eighth series--features Andrew Scott (Moriarty on Sherlock) as the most EMO POW IN THE WORLD. He is going to let himself be hanged for treason because he is so traumatised by the bombing of Dresden he just wants it over with. He stares out the little window in the interrogation cell at the sun and refuses to talk to Foyle but cries a single tear when Foyle mentions his mother.
It's fantastic. I mean--this is some old school angstiness right here. I just want to roll around in that character.
