For completely asinine reasons, I'm too stubborn to turn on the heat in my apartment until November. This means my apartment's about 65 degrees, which is cold enough to make my hands freeze if I try to read a book. I sleep very well when it's 65, though (with enough blankets). The problem is when I have to get out of bed in the morning. Ugh.

Somebody please explain to me why Fedex Priority Overnight is delivering at 4:30 when regular Overnight would have delivered at 5 and cost a lot less?

ETA: Five o'clock and still not delivered!
