(no subject)

The laundry machines in my apartment building have been breaking down one by one and not being repaired. I just put my laundry in one of the dryers (one of the ones that still, you know, dries stuff) and put my quarters in and Jesus Christ.

It sounds like nails on a chalkboard, but constant and loud enough to drown out any attempt at talking. At least the dryer seems to still be running.

I'm not going to feel bad about this, though. If anybody can hear it in their apartment, it would be the super (whose apartment is adjacent to the laundry room). Maybe now he'll fix the f'ing machines.
