I'm pretty sure I saw in a special feature on the DVD that they had to dye a batch of his jackets that color and have been losing them one by one over the seasons, so I don't think it's possible to get clark's jacket. But you can get Logan's boxers if you want to.
The original Fight Club movie website had a fake catalog with items worn by the characters in the movie. If you tried to add something to your cart, a little klaxon would sound and you'd be redirected to a webpage that took you to task for your rank consumerism.
And while I agree with that sentiment to some extent, I know I'd be a lot more tempted to use the WB thing if the WB as a network took a remotely standout fashion approach. As matters stand, that site pretty much just capitalizes on kids who want to be just like their favorite characters by buying the right brand of tank top. I mean, I'm looking at the Gilmore Girls page: Buy this particular, overpriced pair of nondescript sweatpants! (And Gilmore Girls, out of all the shows I've seen on the WB, is probably the show with the most identifiable style. You wouldn't know it to look at that site!)
Yeah, I poked around a little more after posting and all they have is jeans and flannel and things. I mean, I've envied Lana's clothes before (yes! I admit it!) but nothing I've noticed is on the site.
I'm going to take a wild guess and say they have a promotional deal with the Gap.

But...the only thing I want is Clark's red jacket in Smallville, but I can't have it no. I can wear his flannel shirts though. Bah.

That Fight Club thing is kind of awesome.
