You know what would have made this episode better? If they hadn't spoiled the first reveal of the episode in the promo five minutes before the start of the episode, and the second reveal in the promo last week. I watch the promos, I'm normally not bothered by having a little info about the next ep, but this time?
No suspense as to how the babysitter would die. I'd just seen it. No suspense that it was a dog. No suspense that it might have been the joke store. And as soon as I saw the kid? Well, then I knew this was because was the anti-christ and was uber-powerful and Castiel would try to kill him. That, combined with a total cop out ending made this a rather blah ep overall.
Only highlight? Castiel the action figure. When Jesse pointed and the camera panned down, I was chanting bunny! Bunny! Bunny!
The hair on hands gag? Funny, but a) Jesse seems awfully young for masturbation beliefs. I don't know, maybe I'm being naive, but he was awfully young for that. Also, if that belief held true, b) every male and probably most of the women would have hair on their hands and/or have gone blind. Right?
