(no subject)

I drove up to New Hampshire this weekend, which entailed about 14 hours of driving. The whole way up and back, I listened to a mix of all the songs played on Supernatural. I determined that Dean has really kick-ass taste in driving music (the only tracks I routinely skipped over were ones clearly not picked by Dean). I also think Dean would show absolute disdain for my white Honda Accord, even if it has cruise control and airbags, the last being something the Impala really needs.

What were you doing in NH?

Skiing, of course! And visiting with family.

Nice. Where'd you ski? I'm going up to NH this weekend with some friends, but we don't yet have a plan for what we're doing.

I was up at Bretton Woods (Mt. Washington) and the skiing was fantastic -- but I ski nordic, not alpine.

Nordic is awesome! Backcountry XC is even better :)

Uh what's the difference?

<--is dumb about skiing.

Alpine is downhill, nordic is cross-country. Or as my aunt says, in alpine you ski down a mountain, in nordic you ski up it first.
