All I have to say about that last episode of Atlantis is they wasted Kolya on that piece of shit? Seriously? He went from a fantastic episode like "Common Ground" where he was ruthless and scary to this pathetic offering where all he gets to do is outsmart Lucious (who, by the way, of all the characters I've ever seen on this show is the one I least wanted to see again)? And to top it off, they filmed it in the incredibly recognizable town from SG1's season 7 episode "Revisions." In that ep, the cheeriness of the town worked into the overall creepiness of the plot. In this episode -- it just didn't work with the tone of the episode. And that prison cell?

Kolya didn't even do anything he hadn't done before. I was just waiting for Sheppard to roll his eyes at him. Come on, writers, what were you thinking?

Oh, and we never actually *see* Koyla after he's dead. There's not reaction from Rodney, Teyla or Ronan (or John for that matter.) We don't get to see Liz's reaction to the news...

I loved Koyla as a bad guy. I love Robert Davi as an actor. That was just a sad sad way to kill him off...
(unless it was a clone or not so evil twin and the real Koyla's still out there...) Hey, a girl can dream!

If they were trying to shock us with his death, it didn't work. I'm all kinds of pissed over this...
