Well, for some reason a navigation bar appeared at the top of my lj (one of the new features) and it puts the filters right up there. If you go to the "manage friends" screen, you can create groups and assign your friends to them, then with the navigation bar, you can pick which group you want to look at. So I can seperate out all my different fandoms. Whee!

I've seen this pop up from time to time, but I don't know how to get it to stay there. How does one do that, pray tell?

There's a little "configure/remove" button on it -- or there was. Once I configured it, the button went away and I don't know how to get back to that screen... But the bar's still there!
