My big pre-con.txt project this week is to watch SV S5. I hear it's actually supposed to be quite good (by SV standards), and if there do happen to be any conversations about SV while we're there, I wanna be able to participate!

I'm probably getting into the hotel at around noon on Friday. (I just checked the chinatown bus schedule.)

Oh, even though we can't attach VCRs or DVD players, I'm bringing my laptop along so if you have DVDs and such that you want to bring with, do! (My laptop even has a remote control.)

I'm bringing my growing collection of obscure independent films starring TV actors I like, including, but not limited to "Hard Core Logo," "Solomon and Gaenor," "Get Down" and "Cube."

I have not seen any S5 SV. I'm waiting for the DVD. I don't think I'd care too much about spoilers though; I already have been spoiled to a few major things.
