Rictus (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/2404010/1/) by Sequitur. Gen. How Tony Dinozzo started working for NCIS. It's a good case file, and it has a lot of nice Tony-Gibbs interaction. One of my favorite stories in the fandom.

[livejournal.com profile] kikkimax has some good stories here (http://www.fanfic.otherplaces.net/ncis.htm). I especially liked "Angels and Heroes" and "Stardust" (NCIS/SG-1) crossover.
