SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- CBS Corp. (CBS) (CBSA) and Time
Warner Co.'s (TWX) Warner Bros. Entertainment said Tuesday they plan to
cease operations of their respective television networks, UPN and the
WB, and form a network together called The CW.
