The makeup I was okay with? The electric blue eye shadow and things--that isn't necessarily what professional women would wear. It was a lot more blush colors--9 to 5 is from 1980, but look at their makeup colors. Also, that movie is a good reference for professional women's wear, as the three different women's characters are expressed through their wardrobe: career-focused woman, mom returning to the workforce, southern belle. But I already feel like I put more thought into this than they did.
